Our Company keeps on its sales & marketing activities in Mediterranean Region since 1992. Our products consist of nuts and dried fruits. Our company vision is the continual growth with the research & application of new technologies. We have well recognized working procedures and systems. Our delivery trucks serve the Antalya and its districts regularly, covers and answers all the demands of our customers.


Can you please explain us your early working procedures before you started with field automation system?
Before starting with field automation system, carrying our sales representatives their cases filled with documents like as invoices, delivery notice etc. and spending lots of time for completing the paper work. We were loosing time besides it had the risks of mistake. The head office spent also a lot overtime to recover these lost time and mistakes.

What was the reason that you have decided for the field automation system?
In professional life the time is the most valuable thing. Time utilization is the major basis of the productivity. Furthermore there is no scale to measure the financial worth of this lost time. From the other side struggling with such paper works decrease the performance. Although our representatives are interested mainly with the marketing of our products, the customers recognize them as an individual. Expressions are essential, given by the visit by our representatives. The company sets the rules for sales & marketing inclusively the rates and this should be created through pre defined principles.

You are using our GT 407 product. When did you give the start?
We started to use at 2003.

What were your benefits from GT407?
First of all our paperwork was minimized. We reached better time utilization; our sales teams increased their performance being get less tired.
